About the Role

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Steward to join our team at a fine dining restaurant. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

• Ensure tables are properly set before and after guest service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

• Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs during dining.

• Follow service protocols and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward or in F&B service is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
