A-One Solutions is looking for a skilled, energetic and friendly Server to join our team at a cozy Mexican cafe in Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road, Delhi, to help us provide an amazing dining experience for our guests.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations.

• Ensure every guest feels valued and has a great time. The ability to pair and recommend the appropriate coffee type to match with the food order or vice versa is a significant advantage.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to keep service running smoothly.

• Handle payments and maintain a clean dining area.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a cafe or restaurant, maintaining high standards.

• Education: Minimum educational qualification of 10+2. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication and people skills.

• Personality: A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

• Work Ethic: The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: INR 16,500 - INR 18,500 per month

• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI)
