The Senior Associate – F&B is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring smooth operations of the restaurant or dining area. This role supports the F&B team in maintaining service quality, training junior staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Greet guests courteously and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Supervise and guide junior associates and trainees during service.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards are maintained at all times.
Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and promptly escalate when necessary.
Monitor table turnover and assist in seating arrangements during peak hours.
Maintain inventory of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen in assigned areas.
Support in buffet setup, banquets, and special events as required.
Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Assist in training new staff members on service standards and protocols.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and service styles.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
