### Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and service areas. The Steward plays a key support role in ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently by cleaning dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and assisting with basic food prep as required.

### Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and dishwashing areas.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen set-up as needed.
• Clean kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers) as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or local guidelines).
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Assist chefs and other kitchen staff during peak hours.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

### Requirements:
• Prior experience in stewarding, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred (but not required).
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
