Job Summary:

We are hiring Stewards to support our kitchen and service teams by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all food preparation and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and surfaces

• Assist in basic food prep under chef guidance

• Handle waste disposal and follow recycling processes

• Refill kitchen cleaning supplies and maintain stock levels

• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely

• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards

• Report any equipment faults to supervisors

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: High school pass (preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers are encouraged to apply)

• Physically fit; able to lift up to 25 kg

• Comfortable working in hot and fast-paced environments

• Good communication and team collaboration skills

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
