About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will manage staff, coordinate with vendors, monitor financial performance, and maintain a high standard of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including dining, kitchen, and delivery services.

• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability.

• Plan and execute marketing/promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and service standards.

• Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce efficiency.

• Generate and present regular reports on operations, sales, and customer feedback to management.
