Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

• Coordinate banquet bookings, event planning, and execution.

• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply orders.

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety standards.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and productivity for senior management.

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Experience managing banquets or events is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

• Basic knowledge of accounting, inventory, and POS systems preferred.

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is an added benefit.
