Experienced in Hospitality management , Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail, food and beverage, or similar customer-facing outlet. The fast-paced airport environment necessitates a candidate who can hit the ground running.
Aviation industry knowledge: An understanding of airport operations, regulations, and security protocols etc.
Operational oversight: Skill in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Training and development: The ability to train new and existing staff on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
