Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle inventory, purchases, and vendor coordination
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Drive sales and implement promotional activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency
• Knowledge of F&B operations and customer service
• Graduate preferred (Hospitality background is a plus)
