Roles & Responsibilities – Outlet Manager (QSR)
Manage day-to-day outlet operations ensuring smooth service, quality control, and adherence to brand SOPs.
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the outlet team to maintain service standards, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring service flow, resolving complaints, and meeting service TATs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI and statutory norms.
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, wastage control, and coordination with supply teams.
Handle billing accuracy, cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and basic operational reporting.
Drive team engagement, enforce grooming and attendance standards, and implement company initiatives at outlet level.
Qualification and Experience:
Educational Background- Graduation/ Diploma holder (Hospitality background).
Minimum 3 years of experience is required in QSR operations.
Good verbal communication skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
