Key Responsibilities:
1)Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
2)Lead and manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
3)Ensure excellent customer service and handle queries/complaints.
4)Monitor inventory, stock levels, and reduce wastage.
5)Drive sales targets and manage POS system.
6)Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
7)Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
1)Prior experience in food/restaurant management preferred.
2)Strong leadership and communication skills.
3)Knowledge of inventory, hygiene standards, and basic computer/POS operations.
