Lead service staff and ensure tables are allocated based on guest requirements
Ensure all tables have correct cutlery, linen, and setup before service
Supervise order taking, food delivery, and table clearing
Ensure team follows etiquette, sequence of service, and SOPs
Assist in menu knowledge training, up-selling & complaint handling
Act as a communication bridge between kitchen and service teams
1–2 years experience as Captain/Senior Steward
Strong product knowledge and service standards
Leadership ability & guest-handling skills
