Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Manage and coordinate the service staff, assigning duties and shifts

• Welcome guests, take feedback, and handle complaints with professionalism

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction

• Train new staff and ensure ongoing team development

• Upsell menu items and promotions to boost revenue

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory/service role in the food & beverage industry
