Job Title: Restaurant Captain

The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the service team and ensuring smooth daily operations in the dining area. They play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly manner.
Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of service staff.
Ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards in the dining area.
Conduct daily briefings and delegate tasks to the team.
Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Monitor inventory levels of service items and report needs.
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and hygiene regulations.
Experience in restaurant or hospitality service (preferably as a captain or senior steward).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
