Job Description
We are seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of managerial functions, starting with providing our guests with a consistently high-quality dining experience. To achieve this, you will need to motivate our staff and demonstrate superior customer service skills. As a supervisor, you will also help our team meet its standards for quality and profitability, ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are met. Your job may also require you to hire new staff, train them, and create schedules that reflect the dynamic needs of the restaurant.
Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring and training new employees, as well as the ongoing training of current staff.
Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew.
Maintain high food quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
Respond quickly to customer complaints and resolve them effectively.
Develop strategies to enhance our customers’ dining experience.
Work with staff to forecast future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
Maintain an inventory of all necessary supplies. Identify methods for our restaurant to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
Manage the work schedules of the restaurant’s staff.
Ensure online orders are processed correctly, including packing and dispatching.
Assist managers in adhering to all SOPs and checklists for the outlets.
Assist in generating various reports outlet.
Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:
Must be able to speak and read English very well.
Experienced in the restaurant industry for over 4 years. High school diploma/graduate.
Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong multi-tasking skills and the physical ability to remain standing for long periods
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
