Momo Delights is a premium momo and dumpling brand, known for its award-winning taste, authentic Himalayan flavors, and warm hospitality. At our Panchkula outlet, we are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Captain who can lead the service team, ensure excellent guest experience, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Guest Service & Experience:
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Greet and assist customers, handle queries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Supervise order taking, serving, and table management.
Team Supervision:
Manage and guide service staff (stewards, waiters, and runners).
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance during shifts.
Train and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
Operations Management:
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Monitor table turnover, billing, and closing duties.
Sales & Upselling:
Promote special dishes, combos, and upsell items to increase revenue.
Maintain cordial guest relations to encourage repeat visits.
Reporting & Coordination:
Assist Restaurant Manager in daily reports, staff scheduling, and stock checks.
Handle guest feedback and report operational issues.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in QSR / Casual Dining / Fine Dining.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS, and billing systems.
Good interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.
Ability to handle pressure and manage team efficiency.
