Job Summary:

• Maintain menu and beverage knowledge.

• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Train team members on service excellence and upselling.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of F&B service and POS systems.

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

🥂 Senior Captain

Job Summary:
Acts as shift in-charge, ensuring smooth operations across sections, maintaining service quality, and mentoring captains and stewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and assign duties.

• Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow.

• Handle VIP guests and special service requirements.

• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting sales and service goals.

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and team coordination.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairings preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience with 1–2 years as Captain.
