Job Summary:

As an Outlet Staff member at Basil, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing stock, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Your goal is to create a welcoming, efficient, and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately

• Replenish shelves and maintain merchandise displays

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory checks

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet

• Follow company guidelines for safety, food handling (if applicable), and operations

• Receive deliveries, verify stock, and ensure proper storage

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude

• Support outlet promotions, campaigns, and new product launches

• Follow shift schedules and assist team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education; diploma preferred

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

• Basic math and communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
