We are looking for a smart, confident, and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, customer service, and day-to-day operations of a restaurant or QSR setup.
Supervise and lead service team members during shifts
Ensure smooth dine-in and takeaway service operations
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with a positive attitude
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at the outlet
Train and guide new service staff as per SOPs
Take responsibility for billing, order taking, and table management
Ensure proper coordination between kitchen and service staff
Maintain stock levels for service items and coordinate with the store/kitchen team
Monitor attendance, grooming, and discipline of team members
12th Pass / Graduate in Hotel Management preferred
1–3 years of experience in QSR / Casual Dining / F&B service
Good communication and team handling skills
Knowledge of POS systems and basic billing process
Must be presentable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
