Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bar operations during shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
Oversee bartenders and bar staff, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage beverage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
Coordinate with the F&B Manager for daily operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations.
Assist in preparing cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages when required.
Train and guide staff for service quality improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Captain / Supervisor in hotels, resorts, or bars.
Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
