Key Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
Assist in basic food preparation tasks like making dough, mixing ingredients, or portioning.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces before and after cooking shifts.
Ensure proper storage of food items and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
Carry and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Support chefs during peak hours by fetching tools, ingredients, or equipment.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of raw m
