Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, service, and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including FSSAI guidelines and ISO standards.
Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Handle vendor management and take full ownership of café operations.
Lead, train, and supervise the F&B team; ensure a smooth handover process if any team member resigns (replacement within 30 days for KT, within 60 days total).
Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain updated knowledge of menu items, recipes, ingredients, and food pairing techniques.
Communicate effectively in English, the local language, and any additional languages as needed.
Prepare and present reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage operations independently.
Experience in corporate F&B environments is a plus.
