Job Title: Cloud Kitchen Manager
Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Kitchen Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a traditional North Indian beverage and snack kitchen in the heart of Chandni Chowk. The manager will oversee the preparation of items such as tea, coffee, lassi, shikanji, veg sandwiches, mathi, and other snacks, ensuring high quality, taste, and hygiene. The ideal candidate should have local knowledge of Chandni Chowk katras, strong staff management skills, and a passion for food and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Taste Control:
Ensure the consistent taste, freshness, and quality of all beverages and snacks prepared.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and manage kitchen and delivery staff efficiently; maintain discipline and hygiene in the kitchen.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and cost optimization.Promote the kitchen locally through word-of-mouth, digital platforms (like Zomato/Swiggy), and neighborhood marketing to drive orders.Familiarity with local vendors, katras, and delivery logistics in the Chandni Chowk area is a must.Report daily sales, kitchen movements, staff attendance, and any operational issues directly to the owner.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing or operating in a food business or cloud kitchen.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer/smartphone skills for reporting and online delivery platform management.
Understanding of hygiene standards and FSSAI guidelines.
Preferably local to or well-acquainted with Chandni Chowk.
