The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring store performance, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise and guide team members in their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
Maintain store/department standards including cleanliness, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising (if retail).
Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and motivate the team.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff attendance, and performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and security standards.
Support in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment.
Coordinate shift schedules and manage staff allocation as per workload.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Retail, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in hospitality / F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
