We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Captain to lead and manage the restaurant or banquet service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of food and beverages, and the ability to supervise service staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, stewards, and service staff
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction in the restaurant or banquet area
Greet and seat guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Resolve guest queries or complaints promptly and professionally
Train new service staff and ensure adherence to service standards
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
Manage table settings, cleanliness, and order in the dining area
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained during service
Assist with billing and cash handling when required
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering restaurant supplies
Minimum 6 month–6+ years of experience in food & beverage service
Strong knowledge of menu items, table setup, and service procedures
Good leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures
Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or F&B Service is preferred
