We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Restaurant Captain to lead and supervise the service team in delivering excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and able to manage the floor effectively during busy operations.
Supervise and guide the service staff during shifts.
Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen/bar.
Monitor food and beverage service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
Train new service staff and help improve their performance.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with the stewarding team for supplies.
Assist in billing and ensure smooth payment processes.
Support the team during peak hours and manage shift duties efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward (2–4 years preferred).
Good knowledge of food and beverages, including menu and service styles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
