Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Outlet Service Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve customers efficiently and ensure the outlet is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. You will be responsible for serving coffee, preparing and heating frozen food, and selling ready-to-eat snacks such as chips, Kurkure, and a variety of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders

• Prepare and serve coffee and other hot beverages

• Heat and serve frozen food items as per safety and hygiene standards

• Display and sell packaged items such as chips, Kurkure, and bottled/canned beverages

• Handle cash and digital payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, tables, and equipment

• Refill stock and ensure all items are properly displayed

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the supervisor when needed

Assist in inventory checks and daily outlet closing tasks
