Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean kitchen environment
• Prepare high-quality dishes using continental techniques
• Manage inventory & order supplies efficiently
• No Accomodation or food provided, candidate should be local.
Assist the Chinese Chef in daily food preparation and cooking.
Wash, peel, chop, and marinate vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
Prepare sauces, stocks, and condiments as per recipes.
Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and hygienic.
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes under Chefs guidance.
Follow kitchen safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
Help in inventory management and basic stock handling.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Passion for cooking, especially Chinese cuisine.
