Key responsibilities
Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
Food and product preparation: Assembling orders, preparing food according to recipes, and ensuring quality control.
Cash handling: Operating cash registers, processing transactions, and counting down the till at the end of a shift.
Cleanliness and maintenance: Cleaning cooking equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and workstations before, during, and after shifts.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members, assisting with training new hires, and helping the team meet sales goals.
Operational support: Restocking supplies, following safety and security procedures, and performing other general duties as assigned.
