Greet customers with a smile and provide prompt, courteous service
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and dining spaces
Handle cash, card transactions, and returns accurately
Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines
Replenish supplies and assist in inventory management
Support team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold brand image and values
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality standards
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and POS handling skills
Team player with a customer-first mindset
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in QSR or food service is a plus, but not mandatory
