Job Summary:

We're seeking a customer-focused Team Member to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves providing efficient and courteous service to guests, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.

- Ensure restaurant/takeaway preparation and cleanliness.

- Take orders accurately and handle guest complaints professionally.

- Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales.

- Prepare and present guest bills accurately.

- Assist with inventory management and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- 10th Pass / HSC / Hotel Management degree or equivalent.

- 6 months of experience in the food and beverage service industry.

- Strong time management and customer service skills.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts.

- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
