Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence
Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Take accurate orders and provide menu guidance when required.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Beverage & Food Preparation
Prepare coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per standard recipes.
Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and hygiene.
Ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the café, including seating areas, counters, and kitchen.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
Cash & Billing Operations
Operate POS systems for billing and payment collection.
Handle cash, cards, and digital payments responsibly.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and consumables.
Inform the supervisor of low stock or replenishment needs.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work collaboratively with kitchen, serving, and cleaning staff.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Brand Standards & Ambience
Uphold the brand’s premium image through professional behavior and service.
Maintain décor, music, and ambience in line with brand guidelines.
