1. Customer Service
Greet customers and take orders politely and accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience and handle basic customer queries.
2. Food & Beverage Preparation
Assist in light cooking, preparation of snacks, and assembling menu items.
Support barista/cook in preparing beverages and food as per recipes and standards.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning of tables, counters, equipment, and floors.
Conduct deep cleaning as per weekly/monthly schedules.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
Ensure all utensils and equipment are sanitized properly.
4. Stock & Inventory Support
Refill ingredients, disposables, and other café supplies.
Notify the Shift Manager of low stock or maintenance issues.
5. Teamwork & Operations
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
Follow shift timings, uniform, and grooming standards.
Participate in regular briefings and training sessions.
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physically active role involving standing for long hours.
