We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, crafting high-quality beverages, providing friendly service, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and make product recommendations

• Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines consistently

• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Upsell products and promotions to increase sales

• Manage multiple drink orders during peak hours with speed and accuracy

• Receive and check inventory deliveries when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred but not required

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
