Maharashtra: -1,80,000 - 1,92,000 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental insurance +
Food/Food Allowance + loyalty Bonus (After 18 month)
6. Job Definition To ensure the service of food and beverage to the guest with appropriate courtesy and
efficiency
7. Qualification SSC/HSC/Hotel Management/Diploma/Graduate
8. Duties and
Responsibilities
a. To develop restaurant sales by setting high standards of service.
b. To ensure complete preparation of restaurant/ takeaway and another
business module before the area opens for operation.
c. To take the guest’s order correctly and with appropriate courtesy.
d. To assist the guest in choosing the best items on the menu, thereby
increasing sales, by upselling and suggestive selling
e. To handle all guests without bias or prejudice.
f. To write out the guest bill(s) and ensure their proper processing by
presenting them to guests and even while delivering food.
g. To assist the Shift Supervisor in preparing the general store requisition.
h. To carry out any duties assigned by the Supervisor /Store Manager
i. To follow the Store rules and policies laid down by the management
j. To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards
k. To consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase
his/ her knowledge.
Required Skills and
Qualifications
a. Customer Service, Food Preparation, and cleaning skills
b. Strong time management and customer service skills.
c. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
d. Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
e. Previous experience working in a team would be advantageous.
f. Self-starter with a positive attitude.
g. No experience required, but previous food handling or customer service
experience appreciated
h. 6 Month of food and beverage service industry experience required
Note: - Only candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage industry will be
considered.
In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment is given on an
occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
