We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain smooth café operations while achieving sales and service targets.
Manage daily café operations including opening, closing, and shift management.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints effectively.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and achieve sales targets.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue.
Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Proven experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems.
Qualification in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred, not mandatory).
