Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate female Café Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create an inviting atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a people-person with strong organizational skills and a flair for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
Manage ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure consistent product availability.
Implement and monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive café growth.
Maintain financial oversight – cash handling, daily sales reports, and expense control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or café/restaurant management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English and local language.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and café operations.
