🎬 Video Editor cum Graphic Designer

Location: Dehrakhas, Patel Nagar, Dehradun
Industry: Real Estate Marketing / Creative & Advertising
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month (Negotiable based on skills)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in video editing & graphic design
Working Days: 6 days a week

✅ Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can bring our real estate projects to life through engaging visuals and compelling storytelling. This is a full-time, in-house role ideal for someone with a passion for digital content, advertising, and branding.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality promotional videos, walkthroughs, and reels for real estate projects

• Design banners, brochures, social media posts, and ads (static & motion graphics)

• Create and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns

• Add voiceovers, background music, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects

• Manage all creative assets and ensure brand consistency

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales team for content needs

• Deliver design and video output within deadlines

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

• Experience with motion graphics, typography, and video transitions

• Knowledge of aspect ratios and formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp

• Creativity with understanding of real estate promotional aesthetics

• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media content design

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quick edits

🎓 Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing & graphic design

• A portfolio or sample of previous work is mandatory
