Key Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Edit and produce promotional videos, project walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, and YouTube content.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Create and optimize content for various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Handle photo and video shoots on-site when needed (preferred).
Stay updated on the latest design trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the real estate or advertising sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing projects.
