Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Production
Deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of edited videos based on project deadlines.
Video Shoot Supervision
Plan and supervise video shoots, ensuring footage quality aligns with creative expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of field and studio shoots.
Content Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing/communication team to understand creative briefs, campaign goals, and audience needs.
Adapt and revise content based on feedback received from internal stakeholders
Technical Proficiency & Creativity
Efficient use of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to enhance content quality.
Add creative elements such as transitions, subtitles, effects, and background scores.
Ad & Social Media Content Creation
Create short-form promotional content including reels, ads, and campaign videos tailored for social platforms.
Optimize video dimensions, duration, and captions as per platform-specific requirements.
Content Management & Organization
Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and final assets for future use.
Archive and back up all media assets in an accessible format.
Quality Control
Ensure all final outputs meet brand standards, are error-free, and visually consistent.
Conduct regular reviews of content performance to improve editing style and effectiveness.
