Job Description – Video Editor Intern

About Us

Katha Rama Films is a creative production house specializing in films, commercials, music videos, corporate videos, short-form content, and digital campaigns. We are looking for passionate Video Editing Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and work on real industry projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior editors in editing short-form, long-form, reels, ads, and cinematic edits.

Learn and practice color grading, motion graphics, transitions, and audio syncing.

Support in creating trendy and engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Work with the creative team to brainstorm new ideas and editing styles.

Stay updated with latest editing trends and implement them in projects.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / Photoshop.

Strong interest in video editing, storytelling, and creative content.

Good sense of timing, music syncing, and visual flow.

Portfolio/sample work (if available) will be a plus.

Freshers / Students passionate about editing are encouraged to apply.

Work Conditions

Work Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension or full-time placement)
