We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor cum Cinematographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, proficiency in video editing software, and experience with cinematography. This role involves shooting and editing high-quality videos, including faculty shoots within a college setup, to create engaging and visually appealing content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including faculty shoots

• Collaborate with the creative team and college faculty to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Operate camera equipment and set up lighting and audio for video shoots in diverse college environments.

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Strong skills in cinematography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.

• Experience with faculty shoots and ability to capture professional-quality footage in a college setting.

• Ability to adapt to different environments and scenarios within a college setup, including classrooms, lecture halls, and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
