Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring storyboards and scripts to life.
Create eye-catching video content that drives engagement and conversions.
Ensure brand consistency and storytelling flow in all video outputs.
Manage and organize footage, backups, and project files.
Optimize video formats and lengths for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads).
Stay up to date with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media algorithms.
Maintain a smooth shoot-to-edit workflow and assist in planning or directing shoots when needed.
Proven experience as a Video Editor (2+ years preferred).
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and color grading.
Knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, and cinematic transitions.
Ability to edit educational, promotional, and social media content with a creative edge.
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and attention to audio-video synchronization.
Basic knowledge of camera handling, shoot setups, and professional shoot etiquette is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in finance, trading, or education-based video content.
Ability to design short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad campaigns.
Knowledge of storyboarding and visual direction.
Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and plugins for speed and efficiency.
