Commitment: Minimum 30 videos/month (mix of long-form and short-form)

About the Role

Our organization requires a reliable, fast, and creative Video Editor to support our content-driven YouTube channel and social media presence, working closely with the team from the ground up.

You will handle end-to-end editing for:

• YouTube long-form videos

• Shorts, Reels & other vertical formats

You’ll be editing 1–2 videos a day, helping shape the content style and identity. You bring the skill — we provide the raw content.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver at least 30 videos/month (YouTube long-form & Shorts/Reels)

• Add engaging transitions, effects, captions, motion graphics, and music

• Maintain high-quality output with fast turnaround times (24–48 hrs)

• Adapt edits based on platform format (9:16, 16:9, etc.)

• Suggest creative ideas for reels, intros, or hooks

• Organize and archive footage cleanly for reuse

• Be proactive in improving content over time

You Must Have

• Proven editing experience (please share portfolio or links to previous work)

• Proficiency in any of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects

• Colour correction and grading skills to enhance video quality

• Ability to optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, formats, and file sizes)

• Strong sense of social media trends, memes, hooks, and pacing

• Basic understanding of copyright and content guidelines on YouTube and social media platforms

• Reliable internet, time discipline, and commitment to delivery deadlines

• Good communication skills for timely feedback and revisions

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new editing tools or emerging content trends

• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work independently

• Thumbnail design (Photoshop/Canva)

• Sound design or voice syncing

• Experience working with YouTubers or content creators

• Script sense or storytelling skills

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed: ₹10,000/month for consistent delivery (30 videos/month)

• Performance-Based Incentives (details below)
