Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, excellent editing techniques, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. You will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver visually appealing videos that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• A video editor with our company will have multiple responsibilities:

• Edit video content for multiple outlets, including social media, YouTube.

• Evaluate raw footage and review shot lists and storyboards

• Use software to enhance video footage

• Implement effective storytelling techniques

• Suggest and implement appropriate special effects and music additions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, production, video editing, visual effects, cinematography, graphic design, or a related field.

• Relevant work experience focusing in the post-production process.

• Proficiency with video editing software, including Adobe Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Communication skills that allow the editor to collaborate with other video production team members.

• Experience with digital video editing and motion graphics.

• Basic knowledge of camera operations and shooting techniques is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Preference will be given to candidates who are well versed with AI tools.
