We are looking for a skilled and passionate Video Editor with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in editing video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly proficient with video editing software and post-production processes.
As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life and deliver engaging video content that resonates with our target audience.
Edit raw video footage into high-quality final content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Add effects, transitions, titles, background music, subtitles, and sound design as needed.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing professionals to understand content goals.
Color correct and grade footage to enhance visual appeal.
Maintain consistent brand identity and video standards.
Manage and organize video files, project folders, and backups efficiently.
Deliver projects within deadlines, accommodating feedback and revisions quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2 to 5 years of proven experience as a video editor in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
Strong storytelling ability and visual sense.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing capabilities.
Experience with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
Familiarity with YouTube video optimization (thumbnails, titles, tags).
Animation or motion design knowledge is a plus.
Basic knowledge of camera operation or direction is a bonus.
