Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Creative Work
Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communication.
Trim, assemble, color-correct, and enhance raw footage.
Add transitions, effects, music, titles, subtitles, and animations as needed.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand project requirements.
Maintain an organized library of media assets.
Ensure timely delivery of video projects.
Reception & Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails.
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and front-desk schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
Basic knowledge of sound editing and graphic design is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar dual role is an advantage.
Knowledge of social media trends and content creation.
Ability to handle office equipment (printers, intercoms, scanners).
