Key Responsibilities
● Coach, mentor, and train employees on sales techniques and communication skills to boost performance.
● Conduct floor coaching sessions to improve employees’ ability to pitch and close sales.
● Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
● Develop and deliver training modules focused on product knowledge, objection handling, and consultative selling.
● Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement.
● Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets consistently.
