We are looking for a Technical Trainer who will join our team to develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. You will contribute to the improvement of people’s technical/IT skills to meet our company's needs.

Technical Trainer responsibilities

·       To conduct online/ offline classroom training for the Work Integrated Learning Program.

·       Content development in the form of PDF & PPT for JU-NSDC WILP.

·       Syllabus making and content development for MSBTE courses.

·       Handling of the Learning Management System of WILP, which includes uploading Auto addition/removal from the system.

·       Submission of monthly On the Job Training Report of all students to Jain University.

·       To arrange the final assessment of WILP students in coordination with the Company and Jain University.

·       Liasoning with NSDC, Jain University, and MSBTE for student registration, assessment, fess structure, and other student/company-related queries.

Technical Trainer requirements

• Fresher -2 years' experience of working on a Technical Trainer position

• Significant experience in designing technical course content

• Good experience of addressing training needs with complete courses

• Good practical experience with MS Office٫ particularly with Power point

• Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
