Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Process Trainer to join our dynamic training team at Globiva, Gurgaon. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective New Hire Training (NHT), conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT), identifying training needs through TNI/TNA, and ensuring optimum throughput and floor readiness. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a BPO setup with a strong understanding of customer service and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Training Delivery:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) batches with a structured training module.

• Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) to help new hires transition smoothly to the floor.

• Ensure training content is aligned with business needs and client expectations.

🔹 Training Need Identification:

• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through regular audits and performance data.

• Recommend refresher sessions or upskilling plans for low-performing agents.

🔹 Performance & Throughput Management:

• Ensure high throughput from training to production (minimum % benchmark as per SLA).

• Maintain detailed records of trainee performance and provide individual feedback.

• Track and improve training effectiveness through regular assessments and quizzes.

🔹 Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with operations, quality, and HR teams for smooth onboarding and nesting.

• Share daily/weekly training MIS reports (attendance, assessments, throughput, etc.).

• Maintain training dashboards and analyze training ROI.

🔹 Content & Process Management:

• Ensure all training content is updated and relevant to current processes.

• Participate in client calibration calls and implement feedback into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BPO/Customer Service experience).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO environment.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple batches and fast-paced training schedules.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
